通过对全国范围及上海市的用电情况和能源利用情况以及同外国冰蓄冷技术发展现状和方向的分析 ,指出国内冰蓄冷技术应用与国外存在的差距 ,并提出加速发展蓄能技术的建议。
Through the analysis of the situation of electricity use and energy utilization in the whole country and Shanghai and the development status and direction of foreign ice storage technology, the paper points out the gap between the application of ice storage technology in China and foreign countries and puts forward the suggestion of accelerating the development of energy storage technology.
