进入21世纪,随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,消费类电子商务在我国呈现蓬勃的发展趋势。网络消费作为一种全新的电子消费方式,因其便捷、高效、低成本、高开发性等种种优点而赢得了众多商家和消费者的青睐,成为当前消费一种不可阻挡的潮流。但由于受到网络环境,政策法律环境,消费者意识及市场环境的制约,还存在着安全性得不到保障,产品质量及售后服务得不到保障等弊端。因此,保护消费者权益迫在眉睫,本文主要从法律方面论述了加强消费者网络权益保护的关键点,并提出了相关的完善建议。
In the 21st century, with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, consumer electronic commerce has shown a thriving development trend in our country. As a brand new way of electronic consumption, online consumption has won the favors of many businesses and consumers because of its advantages such as convenience, high efficiency, low cost and high developmentality. It has become an irresistible trend of current consumption. However, due to the network environment, the policy and legal environment, consumer awareness and market environment constraints, there are still unsafe security, product quality and after-sales service can not be guaranteed and other shortcomings. Therefore, it is imminent to protect the rights and interests of consumers. This article mainly discusses the key points of strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of consumers in the legal aspects and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
