从2005年8月建设工程质量保险制度引入中国建筑市场至今,市场开发和各地的试点工作一直遇到各种困难和障碍,如政策强制还是市场选择;工程质量检查机构的准备;风险的评估和分散;利益关系的处理;后续理赔工作的完善;目标和发展方向等。解决好这些问题,对于促进我国建设工程质量保险的发展有着重要的现实意义。
Since the construction quality insurance system was introduced into China’s construction market in August 2005, various difficulties and obstacles have been encountered in market development and pilot projects throughout the country, such as policy coercion or market selection, preparation of engineering quality inspection agencies, risk assessment and Decentralization; the relationship between the interests of the deal; follow-up claims work to improve; goals and direction of development. Solving these problems is of great practical significance for promoting the development of construction quality insurance in our country.
