本文对946nm准三能级激光器进行了理论分析与优化,包括激光晶体的最佳长度、激光器的最佳透射率。通过分析可知,在不同泵浦功率、不同的腔损耗以及不同的模式匹配条件下应选择不同的激光晶体长度,不同的透过率以使激光器的输出功率最高。
In this paper, 946nm quasi-three-level laser theoretical analysis and optimization, including the optimal laser crystal length, the laser’s best transmittance. According to the analysis, different length of laser crystal should be chosen under different pump power, different cavity loss and different pattern matching conditions, and the different transmittance can make the output power of the laser reach the highest.
