为了探索镓银合金和目前临床上常用的几种银汞合金的毒性作用,采用分子过滤法对此进行了研究,此法是通过材料中的毒性成份透过滤孔直接作用于细胞中的琥珀酸脱氢酶而检测其材料的细胞毒性。经检测证明镓银合金和银汞合金的四种材料的细胞毒性均为Ⅰ级,根据我国标准GB11749─89规定认为是安全的,无细胞毒性,由此进一步说明镓银合金有可能取代银汞合金。
