以礼河电站毛家村水库泄洪洞于1970年竣工,为斜井式无压隧洞,断面呈方圆形。由于历史原因,衬砌平整度较差,混凝土标号偏低、裂缝较多,底板出现局部冲蚀坑、还有大面积峰窝麻面,很多地方钢筋外露,渗漏严重。于1984~1985年作了全面处理,处理中采用了二项新技术:1.静态爆破:使用 SCA 和 EK-CASW 系列无声破碎剂,进行双层和多层钢筋混凝土浅层(厚度≤60厘米)破碎200余方,围岩(?)槽破碎50余方。施工中对自由面制
