人们已经普遍认识到自由基与恶性肿瘤发生之间存在着一定的关系,机体内对自由基的清除有一完整的抗氧化防御系统,谷胱甘肽转移酶μ(GSTμ)在此系统中占有重要位置。本实验采用PCR方法对1994年3月至1997年6月期间住院的卵巢良、恶性肿瘤患者进行了外周血谷胱甘肽转移酶μ(GSTμ)基因检测,以期了解GsTμ基因缺失率与卵巢恶性肿瘤之间的关系。
