利用机理研究的方法 ,从动力学和摩擦学机理的角度对柴油机活塞环 -缸套磨损故障进行诊断研究。分析了柴油机表面速度、加速度信号和润滑油油品与故障的内在联系 ,并用神经网络数据融合方法把这两种互补性信息进行融合 ,得到了较好的诊断结果
Using the method of mechanism study, the piston piston ring - cylinder liner wear fault diagnosis was studied from the view of dynamics and tribology mechanism. The internal relations between diesel engine surface velocity, acceleration signal and lubricating oil and fault were analyzed. The two complementary informations were fused by neural network data fusion method to obtain better diagnosis results
