我校实行分项、分时、分班、分区的课外活动已有两年多，基本上克服了以往无计划无准备任其自流的现象，获得了一些经验，特介绍如下：㈠订立计划，编排课外活动表。这方面主要的问题是确定活动项目。确定以后，要能在实行中不断地丰富其内容，提高其质量，必要时还要适当地变换。其余分时、分班、分区的问题，都是为了保持活动的组织性与纪律性，使人数固定，时间地区不发生冲突。每次参加的人数中又可以分成若干小组，更具体地轮流活动。㈡物质条件也是个重要的问题。因为各项活动都不一定完全能徒手去做。例如学艺活动需要一些读物，体育活动需要一些球类等。㈢教师思想上应该重视这个工作，事前要做充分准备。例如今天
