我校实行分项、分时、分班、分区的课外活动已有两年多,基本上克服了以往无计划无准备任其自流的现象,获得了一些经验,特介绍如下:㈠订立计划,编排课外活动表。这方面主要的问题是确定活动项目。确定以后,要能在实行中不断地丰富其内容,提高其质量,必要时还要适当地变换。其余分时、分班、分区的问题,都是为了保持活动的组织性与纪律性,使人数固定,时间地区不发生冲突。每次参加的人数中又可以分成若干小组,更具体地轮流活动。㈡物质条件也是个重要的问题。因为各项活动都不一定完全能徒手去做。例如学艺活动需要一些读物,体育活动需要一些球类等。㈢教师思想上应该重视这个工作,事前要做充分准备。例如今天
