随着我国经济发展越来越迅速,科技能力也在不断提高,建筑工程的建设也相应得以增加。但是由于建筑工程的风险很大,项目施工者要时刻把施工的安全管理放在第一位。本文主要分析了在现阶段建筑工程建设中,建设质量、安全和成本控制等管理中存在的问题,从而提出加强建筑工程的建设质量、安全、成本和进度控制等管理工作的方法和对策。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, scientific and technological capabilities are constantly improving, and the construction of construction projects has also been correspondingly increased. However, due to the high risk of construction projects, project constructors must always put construction safety management first. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the management of construction quality, safety, and cost control during the construction of the construction project at the present stage, and proposes methods and countermeasures to strengthen the construction quality, safety, cost, and schedule control of the construction project.
