Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Office: You have completed the “Preliminary Opinions on the Establishment of Securities Services Department of Guangxi Securities and CITIC Securities in Shenzhen” (Shenzhengban Fa Zi [2001] No. 369) and the related materials. Approved, the reply is as follows: 1. It is agreed that Guohai Securities (formerly Guangxi Securities) Co., Ltd. shall establish the Qianlong Garden Securities Service Department of Shenzhen Shennan Road Securities Sales Department.
