档案信息化建设是档案工作在网络时代的必经之路,是深化档案社会化服务的必然要求。它是一项耗资大、要求技术含量高的业务建设。高职院校档案信息化建设同样是一项系统工程,要与学院信息化工作有机结合,同步推进。高职院校档案管理的模式正在从传统的实体管理走向现代化的信息管理,档案信息化建设应成为档案工作的主要任务之一。因此,高职院校应采取有效措施,将档案信息化纳入学院数字校园建设整体规划,确保数字校园档案信息资源的完整、安全和有效开发利用,全面推动学院档案管理现代化。
The construction of archives informatization is the necessary way for archives work in the Internet age and is the inevitable requirement of deepening the socialized archives service. It is a costly and demanding business building. The construction of archives informationization in higher vocational colleges is also a systematic project. It is necessary to integrate organically with college informatization and advance simultaneously. The pattern of file management in higher vocational colleges is moving from traditional entity management to modern information management. The construction of archive information should become one of the main tasks of file work. Therefore, vocational colleges should take effective measures to incorporate archival information into the overall planning of college digital campus construction, ensure the complete, safe and effective development and utilization of digital campus archival information resources and promote the modernization of college archives management.
