评价常用化学消毒剂对乙型肝炎病毒的消杀效果。用ELISA法检测常用消毒剂对HBsAg抗原性的破坏程度。结果表明”一消净”(含成二醛)、过氧乙酸对HBsAg抗原性有高效快速的破坏作用;国光等含氯消毒剂及碘酒对HBsAg纯品有良好的消杀作用,但不能完全破坏阳性血清中HBsAg抗原性,因为受到来自血清中有机物的明显干扰:来苏儿、新洁尔灭、乙醇不能彻底破坏HBsAg抗原性达阴性水平。上述结果提示新洁尔灭、来苏儿、乙醇不能用于HBV的消杀处理应当引起临床高度重视。
