新中国建立以后,毛泽东把家乡湖南作为调查研究基地,先后50次回湖南视察指导工作、开展调查研究、作出正确决策,从中可以透视毛泽东的现代领导意识,比如书记责任意识、统战首要意识、人民健康意识、关注民生意识、工作重点意识、传统优势意识、总结经验意识、工业基础意识、调查研究意识,这些现在仍然具有资政指导意义。
After the founding of New China, Mao Zedong regarded his hometown of Hunan as a research base and visited Hunan 50 times in order to conduct investigation and study and make correct decisions. From this, Mao Zedong can see through Mao Zedong’s modern leadership awareness, such as the responsibility consciousness of the secretary, the primary awareness of the united front and the people’s health Consciousness, concern for people’s livelihood, focus on work, awareness of traditional advantages, summing up the experience of awareness, industry-based awareness, research awareness, these are still with the guidance of government-funded.
