顶管机是顶管机组的主要设备,孔型设计是保持顶管机正常生产和保证钢管质量的关键,顶管过程模拟可为顶管机确定“最优设计方案”,为顶管生产确定“最优生产方案”,为设备革新挖潜作向导。本文所介绍的顶管过程数字模拟的基本方法已实际应用于我厂的CPE工程中。
Pipe jacking machine is the main equipment of pipe jacking unit. The design of pass hole is the key to keep pipe jacking machine normal production and ensure the quality of steel pipe. Jacking process simulation can be used to determine “optimum design scheme” for pipe jacking machine, “Optimal production plan”, tapping potential for equipment innovation guide. The basic method of digital simulation of pipe jacking process introduced in this paper has been actually applied to the CPE project of our factory.
