日前,国内第一条产量最大的国产化石膏砌块生产线在北京北玛建筑装饰材料厂正式投入生产,生产线年产量为38万 m~2。该线实心砌块成型机组成功的吸收了国外先进技术,自行试制而成;空心砌块成型机组填补了国内空白;隧道式干燥机为国内首创。该机械化生产线的建成,使石膏砌块扭转了过去靠手工生产配料、计算不准确、模具粗糙、操作不规范、质量无法保证等问题,使产品形成了规格生产,规范了生产工艺,提高了产品质量,满足了市场的需求。
