本文试以生物碱含量作为石斛的质量标准,采用酸性染料比色法,对11种石斛的生物碱含量进行了测定。结果表明,金钗石斛含量较其它品种为高。
In this paper, the content of alkaloids in 11 species of Dendrobium was determined by using the alkaloid content as the quality standard of Dendrobium and acid dye colorimetry. The results show that the content of Dendrobium nobile is higher than other varieties.
