为探讨β-catenin和E-cadherin在子宫内膜癌中表达情况和临床意义。采用免疫组化SP三步法检测β-cate-nin和E-cadherin在69例子宫内膜癌组织和10例正常子宫内膜组织的表达情况。结果显示:β-catenin和E-cad-herin在子宫内膜癌组织的阳性表达率分别为46%(32/69);33%(23/69),明显低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05),β-catenin的表达与组织学分级呈负相关(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达与组织学分级,肌层浸润呈负相关(P<0.05)。由此可知,β-catenin和E-cadherin的表达下调可能在子宫内膜癌的发生,转移过程中具有重要的作用,联合检测β-catenin和E-cadherin在子宫内膜癌中的表达可从多方面了解子宫内膜癌的恶性程度。
To investigate the expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Immunohistochemical SP three-step method was used to detect the expression of β-cate-nin and E-cadherin in 69 cases of endometrial cancer and 10 cases of normal endometrium. The results showed that the positive rates of β-catenin and E-cad-herin in endometrial carcinoma were 46% (32/69) and 33% (23/69), respectively, which were significantly lower than those in normal endometrium 0.05). The expression of β-catenin was negatively correlated with histological grade (P <0.05). The expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with histological grade and myometrial invasion (P <0.05). Thus, down-regulation of β-catenin and E-cadherin may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
