做到准确编制工程设计概算是控制工程造价的有效途径之一,把工程造价控制在合理的范围内,对于建筑工程的顺利完工具有重要的意义。在初步的设计文件中,做好对于概算的设计,对于优化工程造价,以及之后的计算和核实都具有非常高的应用价值。设计概算需要经过各种审批程序进行核准,审批程序非常复杂,而且设计概算一经批准,是不可以修改的。所以设计核算概算应当做到十分精确,从而保证工程顺利完工,避免一些不必要的麻烦,资金资源的浪费和因为资金不足而耽误时间。
