将双酚A型环硫树脂ES128,ES128/环氧树脂CYD128混合物分别与丙烯酸反应制备了环硫丙烯酸树脂及环硫/环氧丙烯酸酯树脂。以红外光谱表征了产物结构,讨论了反应机理,并对丙烯酸用量,溶剂及加料顺序等对反应的影响进行了研究。结果表明:较佳的合成工艺条件为:甲苯为溶剂,环氧官能团与丙烯酸物质的量比为1∶2,反应温度90℃,反应时间4.5 h。工艺操作为先加入丙烯酸,再升温加入催化剂N,N-二甲基苄胺,可有效防止凝胶现象发生。与环氧官能团相比,环硫官能团与丙烯酸的反应活性较低。
Epichlorohydrin resin and epithioate / epoxy acrylate resin were prepared by reacting bisphenol A type epoxy resin ES128 and ES128 / epoxy resin CYD128 with acrylic acid respectively. The product structure was characterized by FTIR, the reaction mechanism was discussed, and the influence of the amount of acrylic acid, solvent and the order of addition on the reaction was studied. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: toluene as solvent, the ratio of epoxy functional groups to acrylic acid was 1: 2, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃ and the reaction time was 4.5 h. Process operation for the first by adding acrylic acid, and then heated to join the catalyst N, N-dimethyl benzylamine, which can effectively prevent the gel phenomenon. The reactivity of the epithio functional groups with acrylic acid is lower compared to the epoxy functional groups.
