使用中药艾叶挥发油平喘有效成份a-萜品烯醇,制成气雾剂,对甚平喘作用进行临床观察。选择支气管哮喘和喘息型慢性支气管炎患者400例,用a-萜品烯醇气雾剂吸入,20分钟后观察平喘效果,结果哮呜音消退显效以上74.25％,总有效率98.00％,与异丙肾上腺素气雾剂同步对比,显效以上相似,总有效率高于异丙肾上腺素气雾剂。肺功能检查40例,治疗后肺活量、第1秒用力呼气量、用力呼气中期流速明显增高。本药副作用小,对心脏无明显影响、异丙肾上腺素耐受的患者,本品仍能有效。
