当前我省不少地区对水的利用率还不高,一般尚达不到30%。一个水仅浇地4—5万亩。分析原因,主要是没有充分利用水源。灌溉渠道不系统,工程不成套,组织不健全,浇地制度不严,渠道渗漏严重等也是重要原因。这样不仅浪费了水量,而且抬高了地下水位,招致土壤盐碱化,对农业生产很不利。因此必须改变这种现象,提高水的利用率,扩大灌溉效益。根据翼城利民渠、汾阳峪道河、繁峙茂河等灌区一个水现已浇地10万至11万亩的灌溉经验,主要有以下几点:一、日夜不停浇地。峪道河灌区不论冬、春,刮风、下小雨,白天、黑夜,决不让水白流。下小雨时低地不浇,高地浇,在冬、春灌溉时,冬至前先浇小麦,上冻后再浇秋地。在夏收复播时,还采取了边收割、边灌溉、边复播的办法。使水全年点滴入田。达到了充分利用水源,提高了水的利用率。
