针对型腔充填过程中的紊流流动,将计及紊流各向异性的简化代数应力模型引入PHOENICS软件中,并通过对确定自由表面界面流率的van Leer 格式进行修正,完成了恒温流体充填过程三维时均速度场和自由表面的数值模拟.与实验结果的对比表明,基于PHOENICS软件开发的充填模拟能够对复杂型腔的充填过程进行数值计算
Aiming at the turbulent flow in the process of cavity filling, the simplified algebraic stress model which accounts for the anisotropy of turbulence is introduced into the PHOE-NICS software and the van Leer format to determine the free surface flow rate is modified to complete the constant temperature Numerical Simulation of 3D Average Velocity Field and Free Surface in Fluid Filling Process. A comparison with the experimental results shows that the filling simulation based on PHOENICS software can numerically calculate the filling process of complex cavities
