本工作用电子显微镜(TEM,SEM)比较了经OsO_4染色、溶剂提取和化学腐蚀等不同方式处理的未硫化和硫化EPDM/PP共混热塑弹性体(TPE)的形态结构。揭示了交联EPDM/PP共混TPE和非交联EPDM/PP共混TPE及传统SBS等TPE形态结构的根本差异。从结构上阐述了交联EPDM/PP共混TPE的热塑性和高强度与其形态结构的关系。
In this work, morphological structures of unvulcanized and vulcanized EPDM / PP blend TPE treated by different methods such as OsO 4 staining, solvent extraction and chemical etching were compared by electron microscopy (TEM, SEM). Revealed the fundamental differences in morphological structure of TPEs between crosslinked EPDM / PP blends and non-crosslinked EPDM / PP blends and conventional SBS. From the structure, the relationship between the thermoplasticity and the high strength of the cross-linked EPDM / PP blends and their morphological structure is expounded.
