伴随着全世界经济的迅速发展,我们所处的环境与气候也越来越令人堪。现今,气候环境问题已经成为了困扰各国政府的首要问题,气候环境情况较差也成为了制约各国经济发展的主要因素。面对全球气候环境状况的恶化,各国政府也迅速做出了反应,推出了一系列治理气候环境问题的对策。低碳经济和低碳城市的研究在这种严峻的形式下应运而生。本文通过对我国低碳经济、低碳城市的现状,存在的问题讨论与研究,提出了对于低碳经济与低碳城市发展建设的建议,希望能对我国治理气候环境问题,保障经济与环境协调发展做出一定的贡献。
With the rapid economic development in the world, the environment and climate we live in are also becoming more and more impressive. Nowadays, climate and environment problems have become the primary problems that plague the governments of various countries. The poor climate and environment have also become the main factors that restrict the economic development of all countries. Low-carbon economy and low-carbon city research came into being in this harsh form.
