介绍岩滩机组转轮原型试验的研究内容和方法．研究表明岩滩机组转轮叶片存在较大的残余应力和动应力，是使转轮叶片产生疲劳裂纹的主要原因．
This paper introduces the research contents and methods of prototype test of runner of Yanyan unit. The research shows that there are large residual stresses and dynamic stresses on the rotor blades of Yanyan unit, which is the main reason for the fatigue cracks on the rotor blades.
