习近平总书记在《谈治国理政》一书中,多处强调了运用法治思维和法治方式治国理政的能力。运用法治思维和法治方式治国理政,不仅从价值观和方法论的高度,提出改革、发展与稳定难题的破解之道,而且从弘扬法治精神的深度,提出了运用法治思维治国理政的新思路、新要求。本文拟从运用法治思维和法治方式的重要性和基本要求两大方面做以探讨。
