对弱势群体的关爱与保护是一个不容忽视的社会问题。多年来,惠州福彩积极履行社会责任,践行“扶老、助残、救孤、济困”的发行宗旨,多渠道寻求合作伙伴,寻找最需要帮助的社会弱势人群,努力与社会各行业和组织共同为社会弱势群体撑起一道安全屏障,得到社会各界的广泛赞誉。为加强老人儿童走失预防及走失信息互通共享,2015年10月19日,惠州公安110联合惠州市福彩发行中心推出“送我回家——关爱走失老人儿童行动计划”。本次活动时间为10月19日至11月30日,活动期间,由惠州市福彩发行中心赠送的100只定位手表,将向100名在惠州常住,年满65周岁以上且患有老年痴呆症、有过走失经历的老人以及3-6周岁的儿童进行派送,利用科技手段预防人员走失。
