阑尾炎穿孔术后或肠坏死手术后,肠瘘是较常见的并发症之一。在治疗上是很棘手的问题.笔者经痿管注药治疗七个月至一年不愈的肠瘘五例,效果甚佳。材料和方法一、一般资料本组5例,为三期外瘘男性患者,其中阑尾炎穿孔术后4例,肠坏死、肠切除术后1例。年龄19～47岁,病程在4～12个月之间。一例造影拍片证实,三例口服美蓝证实,一例探之有粪臭味。
