国家质检总局2007年颁布了《活塞式压力计》检定规程(以下简称“新规程”)。新规程重点对高压量程活塞的工作介质进行了规定,取消了蓖麻油,采用国际建议中的葵二酸二异辛酯作为新的工作介质。从理论上讲,在20℃时药用蓖麻油的运动黏度为(900～1100)mm2/s,葵二酸二异辛酯的运动黏度为(20～25)mm2/s,比药用蓖麻油约小50倍,从而使活塞式压力计的鉴别力大幅提高。但是,不少企业对新工作介质活塞式压力计的鉴别力优越性能有质疑。
