人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染的特征是免疫缺陷。高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)可以有效地抑制多数HIV感染者的病毒复制,但不能清除病毒,停药后仍可出现病毒反跳,免疫反应特别是HIV特异的细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)反应,可以控制病毒调定点和疾病进程,因而免疫重建和免疫治疗将成为人们寻求抑制HIV感染的又一突破口。本文就HIV感染的免疫反应、抗HIV感染的免疫缺陷、HAART时代HIV感染的免疫问题及基于免疫的治疗措施进行了综述。
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection is characterized by immunodeficiency. Highly effective antiretroviral therapy (HAART) can effectively inhibit viral replication in most HIV-infected patients, but can not eliminate the virus. Anti-retroviral therapy may still occur after drug withdrawal. In particular, HIV-specific cytotoxic T cells (CTLs ) To control the set point of the virus and the disease process, immune reconstitution and immunotherapy will become another breakthrough in seeking to inhibit HIV infection. This article reviews the immune response to HIV infection, the immunodeficiency against HIV infection, the immunization of HIV infection during the HAART era, and immunotherapy-based therapies.
