胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPN)是一种较少见的具有潜在恶性的胰腺肿瘤,发病机制尚不明确,临床症状不典型,但因该疾病较少见,且有时同其他胰腺肿瘤难以鉴别.治疗上手术切除为首选,化疗放疗等辅助治疗效果尚不明确.文章就近年来国际上对于该疾病的分子机制及影像学诊断研究进展进行综述.“,”Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of the pancreas ( SPN) is a rare and potentially malignant pancreatic neo-plasm. The pathogenesis is unclear and the clinical symptoms are not typical,but the disease is rare and sometimes difficult to identify with other pancreatic tumors. Surgical removal of the treatment of choice,adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy and other effects are not yet clear. This review summarizes the research progress of this disease in recent years.
