近年来,我国充分发挥农业科技的作用,实现了从农产品严重短缺到供求总量平衡、丰年有余的历史性跨越,但我国农业科技贡献率和农业科技成果转化率均不到45%,远远低于发达国家70%—80%的水平。财政部门应坚持科教兴农战略,把农业科技摆上更加突出的位置,大幅度增加农业科技投入,推动农业科技跨越发展,为农业增产、农民增收、农村繁荣注入强劲动力。
In recent years, China has given full play to the role of agricultural science and technology, achieving a historic leap from a serious shortage of agricultural products to a total supply and demand balance and a harvest year. However, the contribution rate of China’s agricultural science and technology and the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements are both less than 45% Lower than the level of 70% -80% in developed countries. The financial sector should adhere to the strategy of rejuvenating agriculture through science and technology, put more emphasis on agricultural science and technology, substantially increase investment in agricultural science and technology, and promote the leap-forward development of agricultural science and technology. It will inject strong impetus into agricultural production increase, rural income growth and rural prosperity.
