随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,我国企业的内部控制显得日趋重要,企业内部控制失效的现象也时有发生。本文就针对当前企业内部控制失效的表现成因及其具体的对策进行简要分析,从而提出合理性的建议。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the internal control of Chinese enterprises is becoming more and more important.
