目的 :对PRK术后屈光欠矫的再矫正进行探讨。方法 :采用美国Laser-Sight2 0 0D型准分子激光仪对PRK术后屈光欠矫 1 1例 ( 1 9眼 )进行二次切削治疗 ,其中每膜混浊明显的病例 ,采用治疗性角膜切削术 (PTK)和光学性角膜切削术 (PRK)相结合的方法治疗 ,角膜无明显混浊的病例采用PRK或Lasik治疗。结果 :PRK术后屈光欠矫为 - 1 5D~ - 9 0D ,平均为- 3.6 9D ;随访 3~ 6个月表明 ,1 1只眼 ( 6 4 7% )的裸眼视力达到术前矫正视力 ,6只眼矫正视力较术前减少一行 ,2只眼矫正视力较术前增加一行。结论 :准分子激光二次切削治疗PRK术后屈光欠矫是有效的
Objective: To investigate the correction of undercorrection after PRK. Methods: A total of 11 cases (19 eyes) underwent PRK after laser ablation with Laser-Sight 200D excimer laser were treated by secondary cutting. The patients with obvious opacity per membrane were treated with therapeutic keratectomy (PTK) combined with optical keratotomy (PRK). No corneal opacity was observed with PRK or Lasik. Results: The post-PRK refractive correction was -15D ~ -90D with an average of -3.69D. The follow-up of 3-6 months showed that the uncorrected visual acuity of 11 eyes (64.7%) reached the preoperative corrected visual acuity , 6 eyes corrected visual acuity decreased by one line compared with preoperative, 2 eyes corrected visual acuity increased by one line than preoperative. Conclusion: Excimer laser secondary cutting is effective in treating post-PRK refractive surgery
