随着社会经济的快速发展和社会分工的更加细致化,以及人们对经济效益的更加看重,企业对精细化管理模式也就越来越重视,精细化管理是一种管理理念。企业开展精细化管理,可以提高管理效率和质量。在企业的财务管理工作中,采用精细化管理,可以使企业的经济活动更加活跃,降低企业的经济成本,保证企业的资金安全,获取更大的经济效益。本文主要对企业财务管理工作采用精细化管理进行分析。
