目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2015年8月驻马店市中医院收治的116例高血压患者,按1∶1随机分为对照组和研究组,各58例。对照组给予硝苯地平治疗,研究组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血压。结果研究组患者总有效率为91.4%,高于对照组的72.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者SBP、DBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者SBP、DBP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效显著,能够有效降低患者血压。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 116 hypertensive patients admitted to Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and study group with a ratio of 1: 58. The control group was given nifedipine and the study group was given levamlodipine besylate. The clinical efficacy and blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group was 91.4%, which was higher than that of control group (72.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, SBP and DBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension is significant, which can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients.
