高校教工的住房保障问题,是全民安居工程的重要组成部分,既具有城乡居民的住房共性问题,又有高校自身的个性,因此,完善高校教工住房保障体系必须具有高校的特殊性和针对性。
The issue of housing security for college faculty members is an important part of the whole people’s housing project. It not only has the common housing problems of urban and rural residents, but also has its own individuality. Therefore, to perfect the housing security system for faculty and staff must have the particularity and pertinence of colleges and universities.
