In order to summarize the previous work and arrange the next work, the Steering Committee of Sediment Basic Theory Research was held at the Institute of Sedimentation of the Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research from March 4 to March 6, 1992, and was chaired by the Steering Committee and honorary chairman of China Water Conservancy Society , Professor Yan Kai, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, presided over the second meeting. Among the participants, Professor Du Guohan, senior engineer of the Sediment Professional Committee, Prof. Zeng Qinghua, a professor of the Sediment Professional Committee, and Prof. Hua Guoxiang of Chengdu University of Science and Technology Professor, Tsinghua University benefit a
