机型:瑞典 gambro、AK—10系列故障现象,机器透析正常。按下“热水消毒”按钮时,“热水消毒”指示灯不亮,不能进入热水消毒程序。同样,也不能进行药液消毒和排空。故障分析:根据故障现象和以往检修经验判断,其故障可能是:(1)“SAGS”(Safety Guard swith)压力变换器接管口处漏气。(2)“SAGS”压力变换器开关损坏。(3)三号板(一号微处理器)有故障。以上三种故障、尤其第二种情况较为常见。检修:(1)用大钳子将压力变换器“SAGS”接管口处的螺丝旋紧。然后,开机观察。故障如故,由此
