作为行政管理部门与广大从业人员联系的桥梁与纽带的各级广播电影电视行业协会,如何加强自身组织建设、在新形势下,如何更好发挥作用,是当下业界值得探讨的重要课题。本文参阅大量资料,试图从“学会”到“协会”的变化沿革、协会的特质与职能转变、强化自律与服务等方面,探讨新时期广播电影电视行业协会的组织建设和作用发挥之路。尤其是重点以广西广播电影电视协会为例,从理论研究、学术交流、专业评奖、业务培训、行业维权、自律管理、宽领域合作等方面,全面展示了其行业组织建设的特色与成效。
