应用1％芦荟治疗实验性家兔Ⅲ度烧伤。伤后24h开始用药,每天换1次药,平均6d完成溶痂,28d愈合。用磺胺嘧啶银治疗作为对照,平均10d完成溶痂,38d愈合,结果表明芦荟促进溶痂,加速创面愈合。
Treatment of experimental III degree burns in rabbits with 1% aloe. The drug was started 24 hours after the injury. The drug was changed once a day. The average dissolution time was 6 days, and healing took place 28 days later. Silver sulfadiazine treatment was used as a control. On average, dissolution was completed within 10 days and healed on 38 days. The results showed that aloe vera promoted dissolution and accelerated wound healing.
