手足口病( HFMD)为全球性传染病，是我国法定报告管理的丙类传染病，多发生于学龄前儿童，以3岁以下儿童发病率最高。我科通过对门诊诊断的56例普通型手足口病患儿分组治疗对比的方式，治疗组给予桑菊饮加减方，水煎服，每日一剂；对照组给予利巴韦治疗。2组均以5天为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。桑菊饮加减治疗普通型手足口病临床疗效显著。“,”hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) for global infectious diseases, is our country legal c class infectious diseases, report management develops in preschool children, with the highest incidence of children under the age of 3.
