由于设计的需求,汽车起重机中用于连接主臂与副臂的连接架,其上的两组孔处于不同的加工维度,加工时需要进行两次装夹,重复装夹和校正工序降低了连接架的制造精度和生产效率。针对连接架加工过程中存在的问题,以及连接架的结构工艺性,设计出连接架的组焊工装,解决了孔加工的精度问题,并通过优化工艺流程有效提升了生产效率。
Due to the design requirements, the connecting frame for connecting the main arm and the auxiliary arm in the truck crane has two sets of holes in different processing dimensions, and requires two clamping processes during the process.
