宁波象山港公路大桥的主桥钢箱梁采用BL250型桥面吊机进行吊装施工。介绍BL250型桥面吊机的主要技术参数、主要结构及工作原理。工作时,该型桥面吊机锚固站位于已安装斜拉索的钢箱梁上,利用驳船将钢箱梁节段运输至桥位,下放吊具至船上并与钢箱梁连接,之后起吊钢箱梁到桥面,利用吊机在竖向、横向和纵向3个方向的调整功能以及吊具的坡度调整功能实现钢箱梁的精确对位,并与已安装的钢箱梁进行对位焊接,焊接完成后,将桥面吊机前移到下一架设工位,待斜拉索挂设好后,进行下一节段的架设,直至桥梁合龙。整机前移采用液压缸走行系统,具有移动平稳,走行快,所需操作人员少等特点。
