山西焦煤集团是我国大型的国有企业,也是世界五百强企业。团柏煤矿作为山西焦煤集团的下属企业,在煤矿行业发展不景气的大背景下,积极开展思想政治教育,将思想政治宣传教育工作融合到安全管理工作中,提升了团柏煤矿的安全管理水平。本文针对团柏煤矿近年来思想政治宣传教育在煤矿安全管理中的作用进行分析,并提出通过思想政治宣传教育活动的开展促进煤矿安全管理的几点措施,为煤矿安全生产管理的开展提供资料参考。
Shanxi Coking Coal Group is China’s large state-owned enterprises, but also the world’s top 500 enterprises. As a subordinate enterprise of Shanxi Coking Coal Group, Tomb Coal Mine actively carried out ideological and political education under the backdrop of the sluggish development of the coal mining industry, integrated the ideological and political propaganda and education work into safety management, and enhanced the safety management level of Tomb Coal Mine . This paper analyzes the role of ideological and political propaganda and education in coal mine safety management in Tiber Camp Coal Mine in recent years and puts forward some measures to promote coal mine safety management through ideological and political propaganda and education activities and provides reference for the development of coal mine safety production management .
