随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,科学技术的不断改革与创新,建筑行业发展得到了质的飞跃工程造价控制与管理作为建筑工程的重中之重,是一个必不可缺的关键环节,直接关系到整个工程的造价成本和最终创造的经济效益。因此,现代建筑企业必须高度重视和关注到工程项目造价的全过程控制与管理,要不断加强技术施工人员与工程造价师的联系与沟通,有效将建筑工程技术与经济结合在一起,运用先进的管理方法,提高企业内部的管理水平,用最低的成本创造出最大的经济效益,推动企业和谐稳定的发展。本文将进一步对建筑工程造价全过程控制管理展开分析与探讨。
