宋代诗人朱熹写有两首《观书有感》诗,其一是:“半亩方塘一鉴开,天光云影共徘徊。问渠哪得清如许,为有源头活水来。”池塘之所以清澈如镜,映照天光云影,主要是因为源头常有活水注入。诗人以此来说明坚持读书的重要性。引申开去,我们要做好机关工作特别是文字工作,同样需要“源头活水”潺潺流淌,使手中之笔圆润有力,挥洒自如,从而更好地发挥以文辅政的作用。笔者身处机关,笔耕30多年,对“源头活水”有了些许感悟。
