甘蓝型油菜主要农艺性状的遗传及育种分析

本文按照格里芬(Griffing)方法Ⅳ,进行了10×10的完全双列杂交试验,对甘蓝型油菜中十个主要农艺性状的配合力和遗传参数进行了估算和分析。结果表明:在随机模型假定下,主花序长度、一次有效枝数这两个性状主要受非加性基因控制:全株有效果数主要受加性基因控制;其余七个性状则两种效应的影响都显著存在。遗传力以株高和千粒重较高,其余性状的遗传力都较低,早代选择应予主意.在固定模型的假定下,发现3—97矮和加拿大油菜适于作高产株型育种亲本,前者是密植类型,后者属稀植、单株高产类型。 In this study, a 10 × 10 full diallel cross was conducted according to Griffing method Ⅳ. The combining ability and genetic parameters of ten major agronomic traits in Brassica napus were estimated and analyzed. The results showed that under the assumption of stochastic model, the two main characters of main inflorescence length and effective primary branch number were mainly controlled by non-additive genes: the effective number of whole plant was mainly controlled by additive gene; the other seven traits had two effects The effects are all significant. Heritability was higher in plant height and 1000-grain weight, and the heritability of other traits was lower, and the selection of early generations should be taken as an idea.Under the assumption of fixed model, it was found that 3-97 dwarf and Canadian rape were suitable for breeding high-yielding plant type parents, The former is a close planting type, the latter is a thin planting, high yield type.
