本文叙述了对部分常用国产材料的疲劳性能和疲劳设计的基础问题所进行的系统试验研究工作.在进行的大量疲劳试验、数据处理和分析计算工作的基础上,得出了以下结果:(1)11种常用回产材料的疲劳极限和 P—S—N 曲线;(2)国产材料的第一个表面加工系数线圈、4种国产钢材的拉伸平均应力折算系数与2种国产钢材的扭转平均应力折算系数;(3)敏感系数曲线并不是像国外资料上所介绍的单调增曲线,敏感系数 q 也不是一个计算有效应力集中系数的好参数,必须用另外的新参数取代;(4)提出了一套有效应力集中系数和尺寸效应的计算公式.
This paper describes the systematic testing and research work on the basic problems of the fatigue performance and fatigue design of some commonly used domestic materials.On the basis of a large number of fatigue tests, data processing and analysis and calculation work, the following results are obtained: (1 ) Fatigue limit and P-S-N curve of 11 kinds of commonly used recycled materials; (2) the first average coefficient of surface processing coil of domestic material, the average tensile stress of four kinds of domestic steel and the twisting of two kinds of domestic steel (3) The sensitivity coefficient curve is not a monotonically increasing curve as introduced in foreign materials. The sensitivity coefficient q is not a good parameter for calculating the effective stress concentration factor and must be replaced by another new parameter. (4) A set of calculation formulas of effective stress concentration factor and size effect are proposed.
